in the community of Mathias. Our Physician and Mid Level
Practitioners offer skilled medical care in family medicine. Medical services provided by: Dr. James Rising, Medical Director; Dr. Melissa Kitzmiller, Family Practioner; Dr. Elizabeth Smith, GYN; Amy Kump, Physician Assistant/School Based Health Services.
Behavioral Health Services is located in the downstairs Administration Offices of the Baker facility. Behavioral Services are provided by: Patricia Parris,LCSW; Scott Simmons, LPC, CAC; Dr. Hugh Marr, PhD.
The E. A. Hawse Health Center Pharmacy is located in the upper parking area and may be accessed through the Medical entrance way.
